My name is Nicole & I’ve been a massage therapist for 16+ years. I came to the profession of massage therapy because I wanted to build meaningful 1:1 relationships that supported both people and their bodies. I truly believe you know your body better than anyone —because you live in it every day! You have the answers to what your body needs. My role is to listen, observe, offer hands-on manual therapy & educate you so that you can deepen your relationship with yourself & your body. Every session is unique to your needs & goals. Through assessment, massage, stretching, education, & conversation, we create a treatment plan together—whether your focus is pain relief, improved movement, stress reduction, deeper connection with your body, or overall wellness. I’m here to support you. While all massage supports the nervous system, I have specialized training in the physiology & am trained to help you explore what your unique nervous system is expressing. This allows me to adapt each session to meet you where you are & respond to what your body needs in that moment. My intention is always to customize our sessions so that you are able to feel better, move better & truly live the full expression of yourself; your body & your life.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
You will be charged 100% of service cost cancellation fee for no-show appointments & 50% of service cost for cancellations made within the 24 hour window
